Unified Communication Administrator (MS Exchange & Lync)

Our Unified Communications Administrator career path provides you with an opportunity to work with Information Technology professionals in a fast paced dynamic environment. As a Unified Communications Administrator for the firm, you will ensure the successful execution of all engagements including evaluating strategic business issues, identify requirements, create business case justifications, and propose appropriate enterprise solutions.

Wymagania:

Must have: Fluent English
2+ years of experience in the analysis and support of large complex applications
Experience with Microsoft Exchange including operating large Exchange Clustered implementations on a global scale
Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
Excellent client facing and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience integrating Lync and Microsoft Exchange UM with Avaya Communications Manager
Experience migrating from Windows Server 2008 domain to Windows 2012 domain
Experience with Lync using voice and video in a SIP environment
Experience administrating Lync in a multimodal environment
Experience with Exchange Online
Knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of complex technical solutions
Experience with Forms Based Authentication, NTLM/Kerberos a definite plus
Experience working within an ESX environment
Good understanding of Exchange and Lync perimeter application/services (ISA, TMG, F5)
