Customer Support Specialist with German or Dutch

Our client is international company from ITO sector based in Lodz. They are seeking candidates for the position of Customer Support Specialist with German or Dutch.

Main duties on that position will involve:

registering and processing customers' queries;
handling incoming phone calls and emails;
putting data into the system.
participation in various international projects;

Wymagania:

very good German or Dutch language skills;
very good knowledge of English.
previous experience in customer service would be an asset (but is not required);
positive attitude and good communication skills;
