For our Client - internationally recognized company from airline industry that establishes a new Finance Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of
Senior Order to Cash Analyst.

OtC Analyst will ensure achievement of OTC process performance and quality standards as well as maintain appropriate levels of technical knowledge and expertise. Additionally, on this position you will handle queries from the BPO and incoming customer receipt, champion excellent service and continuous process improvement. Moreover, while working on this position, you will take part in period end process and undertake user training for processes and systems.

Ideal Candidate should demonstrate
at least 2 years of experience in a Finance and Accounting environment (AR/OtC area), as well as excellent communication skills (
fluency in English is a must). A strong customer focus, problem solving skills and understanding of the end to end order to cash strategies are essential to be successful on this position.
