Our client is a major multinational operating in the pharmaceutical and environmental services sector with growing operations all over the globe. As a result of growth and a more complex back office environment, the company has made the decision to create a near shore shared service center to optimize those processes.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
Set-up an internal Near-Shore Shared Service Center delivering back office services for Finance, HR, Marketing, Internal Consulting and Admin (F&A services) for group companies in Europe
Recruit, train, coach, and develop teams of people up to 50 FTE including experts and team leaders
Act as "Campus Manager" in at the center responsible for wide range of responsibilities including daily management of local teams and all HR, Finance, office procurement, administrative, logistics, and IT related tasks
Work with Group CFO to define strategic goals of SSC and implement those goals through the development and implementation of transactional activities such as intercompany invoicing, payroll, transactional accounting, etc.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (local manager, consultants, specialists) to manage smooth transition of processes from local group sites to SSC
Implement solutions to optimize processes to increase quality and lower costs

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
University degree required with specialization in Finance/Accounting/Business preferred
Experience in setting up and managing a Shared Service Center is required
Proven leader and manager able to motivate and develop a team of professionals
Finance background, with operational experience managing and accounting team is required
Experience in international setting and ability to work with people from various cultures and backgrounds
Business oriented individual with understanding of how back-office processes impact organization as a whole
Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of time
Fluent English is required
