International & Domestic Payments Specialist

For our client - an interational start-up company from logistics area we are looking for:
International & Domestic Payments Specialist

Location: Poznań
You will be responsible for:
Domestic and international payments approvals
Overseeing regulatory requirements within multiple markets
Responsible for preparing reconciliations on various accounts and investigating discrepancies
Interacting with other areas of the business to ensure transactions are processed correctly
Reporting discrepancies to the appropriate department to resolve the issue
Reporting any deviations from agreed standards
Developing new tools, testing and advising in order to streamline and automate processes
Managing and coordinating processes integrations with other Teams
Preparing periodic reports
Maintaining control and risk-based judgement

Requirements:
Have minimum a bachelor University degree in Finance/Accounting
Have minimum 5-years experience in Banking/Finance/Controlling area
Have experience with settlements for international markets
Have understanding of international bank infrastructure and accounting principles like debits and credits
Are highly proficient in MS Office and have very good IT understanding
Speak English fluently, your oral and written English is impeccable
Have superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Have an international mindset and the ability to work in a multi national/language organization
Are able to independently define work scope, tasks and utilize resources in order to meet goals set
Are organized and creativeAre able to work on a project basis and under time pressure
