CUSTOMER SERVICE with Czech (TRANSPORT, LOGISTIC)

For our Client, Global production company, we are looking for candidates to new customer service department in Warsaw Office:CUSTOMER SERVICE (TRANSPORT, LOGISTIC)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Handle customer inquiries
Customer order handling, delivery planning and invoicing
Keeping customer data (i.e. contact register), price and rebate agreements (including price lists) up- to-date in our Clients database.
Participating in customer satisfaction surveys
Operative reporting
Administrative support to assigned Sales Manager(s) and TS Manager
Inform Sales Manager with customer specific information (proactive and upon request)
Delivery planning/monitoring
Stock follow-up, including pre delivery I storage costs invoicing
Customer credit notes, rebates I bonus, implementation in internal database and follow-up
Administration of order s from inquiry to delivery
Entering of relevant data into internal database
EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
University degree
Fluent in verbal and written English and Czech
Customer service experience
Proactive attitude, ability to analyze information, take initiatives and make decisions
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge Microsoft Office software
Good communication skills and ability to create confidence-inspiring business relationship
Service minded and good team player
