The candidate will be part of the PTG SDM Service Continuity team. The person will be performing the disaster Recovery management of critical applications, coordination of critical events for infrastructure maintenance / management across PTG, contributing to the management of the production environment by creating and enhancing processes and best practices within the Service Continuity function. This will involve working with TIS/BCM teams, application developers and various support teams located in London, New York and Asia Pac
You will have a chance to:
Gain knowledge of PTG Production Environment and the management of IT Service Continuity functions.
Gain and build knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery Procedure
Gain Project Management experience through involvement in tactical and strategic projects.
You Offer...
Good Communications skills, written and verbal in English
Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
Good knowledge of core technologies - e.g. Sybase, Oracle, Storage, Operating systems, web portals and components;
Exposure to project management.
