Cash Allocation Team Leader
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating cash allocation process according to supervisor"s instructions in order to minimize free funds and improving credit control
Managing subordinates and ensuring relevant resources
Supporting the Credit Control Department in order to identify incoming, unapplied funds to the correct invoices and minimize unallocated funds
Verifying the completeness of incoming funds from the customers
Monitoring weekly verification of consistency between payments' schedule and bookkeeping (in case they are not integrated)
Timely and precise provision of cash allocation data
Delivering efficiency reports to the supervisors of particular depots
Cooperation with other depots in order to assure quick response to inquiries
Qualifications:
Experience in processing and allocation of cash received from customers to the sales ledger or similar type of environment
Experience of working in a SSC is an advantage
2-3 years of work experience in relevant environment
2 years of people management experience
Good English (B2/C1)
Knowledge of German or Italian will be additional advantage
Competent in the use of Microsoft office and SAP
