Requirements: planning and organizational talent analytical skills and accuracy strong conceptual skills problem solving competence flexibility entrepreneurship capability to define precisely complex situations and issues distinctive written and oral communication capability experienced in conflict management willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Responsibilities: managing of project portfolio in accordance with compliance and governance requirements creation of a project portfolio overview with project key facts and relevant financial data managing of project prioritization in accordance with technical/legal requirements and financial and strategic targets align project portfolio with department heads and the company management present project portfolio and portfolio KPIs to senior management on a regular basis ensure regular reporting of project status report consolidated project status to senior management regularly continuous monitoring of planned, running, and completed projects continuous monitoring of project budget, savings, and revenues supporting and challenging of project leads administer and updating all relevant data on a regular basis
