university degree, preferably in Finance & Accounting
>3 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting with knowledge of project accounting and accounts receivable
excellent verbal and written language skills in French and English
experience in supporting management and leadership by providing insight, analysis and financial results for review
solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)


managing the AR tasks according to Firm guidelines and serve the offices and Client Service Teams (CST) with solid accounting expertise
providing central analytic support and ad-hoc analysis and assist the offices and CSTs in problem solving and data interpretation
preparing monthly bills to the attention of the billing director
make sure that all invoices are in line with local tax requirements and manage the VAT processes and reconciliations for all client invoices)
