For a prestigious IT project we are looking for:

Application Management Specialist is responsible for resolving incoming production support tickets and ensures that a high quality service is delivered to customers and adheres to strict SLAs in an operational support environment. As Application Management Specialist you will be responsible for customer support, maintenance and development of the Reporting Operations applications and systems.
Duties:

Taking part in creating the service and contribute in Knowledge Base
Work closely with developers, Partners and Business
Sharing the knowledge with others and organizing meetings
Manage incidents, service requests and changes
Investigate, reproduce and resolve various technical problems related to application, database and operating systems
Advising and supporting users in concepts and implementation of IT related solutions.
Developing concepts and proposals of continual service improvements and lean thinking.

Requirements:

Experience in IT support
Corporate experience in an international/global enterprise
Proficient in English (written/spoken)
Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management)
Team worker
Solution oriented and proactive
Analytical mind
Willingness to develop as a 3rd line of support or Service Coordinator
