For our Client, a Scandinavian manufacturer, we are looking a Candidate for the position of P2P (Procure-To-Pay) Team Leader located in Warsaw.

Your new role

The Candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting and supervising all regional and global P2P processes. One of the goals for the hired person will be to build and develop a team of P2P Specialists. He/She will participate in enforcing of P2P processes and activities and be a connection point between local Operational Buyers, Business Partners, and Transactional Buyers in India. P2P Team Leader will be also a Subject Matter Expert and a role-model for the procurement team in ensuring that all policies and procedures are observed. He/She will create best practices for all organization and will support their implementation as well.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for Candidates with a few years of experience and knowledge of P2P processes and have a good understanding of procurement processes, especially in indirect categories (preferably gained in big international companies). To succeed in this role you will need excellent analytical skills, good knowledge of eBuy/Ariba and SAP systems and fluent command of English (additional language will be an asset).
