For our Client, international financial institution located in Krakow, we are currently looking for IT Project Manager who will lead software development teams.

Your new role

As IT Project Manager you will be taking part in global projects from the finance and banking area. You will work closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world. You will lead end to end project including: project planning, project size, effort and schedule estimation, project monitoring, budget tracking, project status reporting as well as risk management.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you need to have strong experience as IT Project Manager preferably in finance area. You should hold proven experience in the successful delivery of the projects on time and on budget. You need to have ability to work with stakeholders and remote teams located in different countries. Also, you should have strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Additionally, knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology or knowledge of finance and banking software will be taken as advantage.
