Key Accountabilities
You will cooperate in different languages with European customers via phone and email on a daily basis. Its important to us that team members cooperate and support each other, providing back-up as necessary
You will be responsible for our long-standing customers in Europe. You will answer their questions, manage their purchase orders and make sure they are satisfied with our service. The relationship we have with our customers is crucial and you will have an influence on what it is like
You will cooperate with internal departments of International Paper and you will get to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation. You will also learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes to successfully manage your customer accounts
If you are good at analytical tasks, you will have an opportunity to use your skills in this area
Requirements

able to multitask and process high volume of data accurately and efficiently
good at analytics
fluent in spoken and written French, good command of English, Polish will be an asset
good at organizing
No previous experience is required; university bachelor
or master degree would be sufficient.
