The Senior Software QA Engineer will be responsible for providing Quality Assurance strategy in Technology Center, setting QA standards, tools and processes.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the Quality Strategy and Quality Plans;
Develop and support automation test framework and automation strategies, for functional and non-functional testing;
Create test plans and perform planning activities. Define test objectives, write and execute test cases and test scenarios (automated & manual);
Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Management);
Providing high and low-level estimates of the testing effort;
Be a member of a SCRUM team, focusing on a team goal;
Track and report test progress, build and improve tests dashboards for management and stakeholders;
Lead and mentor Junior QAs and ensure the team is complying with organizations QA processes, standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of QA standards, best practices and tools.
Direct hands on experience with writing test cases (manual, automation).
Agile development practices (especially Scrum and / or Kanban);
5+ years in related field including technical experience in software testing and quality assurance management;
2+ years as a Senior QA or Team Lead role;
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with QA best practices and methodologies;
Experience in Test Automation: testing Windows Desktop Applications and mobile native apps (iOS);
Familiarity with TestComplete, Rational Quality Manager or similar testing tools;
Fluent English language allowing effective work in multinational and globally spread teams;
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills;
ISTQB Certificate (nice to have).
