BI Support Engineer (Informatica PowerCenter)

BI Support Engineer (Informatica PowerCenter) 5-10-38264/GP For one of our main Client in IT area - a global IT corporated operated all over the world, which has been awarded a Great Place to Work Certificate 3 times in a row, we are looking for BI Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:
providing technical support for Informatica PowerCenter (2nd and 3rd line) and network/security related issues;
solving tickets with a very advanced level of technical complexity;
testing resolved incidents and reporting results;
research potential improvement of the system and apply it when possible;

REQUIREMENTS

experience in providing support to end users;
at least 6 months of experience with Informatica PowerCenter;
Master or Bachelor degree, the best related to IT subjects;
able to communicate in English at last on B2 level (also German will be an advantage);
knowledge about Cognos will be a strong asset;
experience in work in a multinational organization;
