Financial Analyst

For our Client- a leading financial organization, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Financial Analyst

You will be responsible for:
Monitoring fund's portfolio, processing security and cash transactions.
Analyzing data and preparing reports.
Responding to inquiries and resolving trade related issues for accounting teams.
Driving for solutions by constantly looking at reducing risk and streamlining processes such as transaction completion and confirmation.
Managing risk and prioritizing the workload effectively.
Escalation of potential issues at the earliest opportunity.
Highlighting issues and reporting root causes and trends back to the management.
Providing support and interacting professionally with various internal and external partners.
Testing new system enhancements.
Participating in project-related activities.

Wymagania:

Bachelor's degree in business related major or equivalent experience.
Graduate level courses in accounting, finance or management are viewed favorably.
Fundamental knowledge of the mutual fund industry, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong client service and customer focus
Excellent organization skills
Demonstrated ability to follow through
Proven ability to take initiative and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Strong operational, service, and business insight (Franklin Templeton company knowledge preferred)
Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
