VBA Specialist

Opis stanowiska:Involvement in automation and improvement of financial processes possibility to develop in sub-processes such as Contracts & Pricing, Stock Valuation, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation in order to increase efficiency and automation with the use of building advanced Excel spreadsheets and macros.It will be possible to investigate the end-to-end process and find further areas for improvements following Lean Sigma methodology.
Wymagania:
University degree (Finance or technical faculty preferred)
Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Visual Basic (ability to create macros)
Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting/ finance or technical role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions
Experience of using a major ERP systems such as SAP will be an additional advantage
Strong leadership and project management skills
Hands on experience in MS Excel, MS Acces, HTML, SharePoint. Experience in SQL/PL SQL would be an added advantage
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Managing competing priorities, multi-task, meeting multiple deadlines and stakeholder communication
Capturing and understanding underlying business
Understanding of the work related steps and interaction
Accuracy and strong analytical skills
Strong work planning skills
Maintaining broad understanding of Finance processes; detailed understanding of assigned areas
Overcoming resistance to adopting new ways of working
