Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Disputes Team Lead with German

Key responsibilities:
Manage team delivering the client service, including their professional development
Co-ordinate the preparation and analysis of disputes & reporting data for clients'
Ensure Service Level Agreements for the teams' are met
Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management
Creating consistent methods for analysing and reporting metrics. (including description of trends and meaning)
Provide process improvement guidance / changes for review by leadership
Work with Team and Management to drive continuous improvement in the Disputes Process
Assist management with career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, training, and resourcing

Qualifications:
Min. 3-5 years of experience in managing teams in SSC/BPO environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Proven ability and seniority to manage and engage teams
Experience working in OTC Processes (Disputes Process experience would be an asset)
Experience in multinational organizations
Change management experience
University degree and qualifications in accountancy/ management/economy
Very good English (min. C1), German (C1), any other language would be an asset
Ability to drive significant change while coaching and developing the teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP knowledge
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
