Responsibilities:
Support of clients in Slovak or Chech and Polish language
Setting new passwords, managing users profiles, resolving problems with connection, LAN, MS Office, Windows
Responsible for phone/email contact with users
The company is providing the complex training for employees

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced level of Slovak or Czech and Polish
Very good English
Ability to team work, and supporting your colleagues and sharing your knowledge
Analytical and solving problem skills
Sense of humour :)
