For Our Client UK based company which opened its division in Cracow last year we are looking for:
Customer Service Specialist

Requirements:
Customer service experience (preferred in English)
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Experience in operating a goal-oriented environment and having motivation not only by meeting, but also exceeding regular performance targets
Having a good working knowledge of, and active interest in financial markets
Educated to Degree level

Responsibilities:
The role requires you to assist clients with the account opening process, providing support via both telephone and email. Due to the nature of the product suite provided by company, you will not be asked to do any cold-calling
You will be accountable for applications from English speaking countries and will also handle overflow of other new business tasks including cross selling other companys products.
Providing front-line support to our demo clients; will predominantly consist of answering queries and educating them about the product offering - this may be achieved within one telephone conversation but realistically, youll be handling a client for a period of up to 2 weeks
