On behalf of our Client, an international company which provides consulting services all over the world we are looking for candidates interested in working in Poznań on a position of Recruiting Specialist.

Your new role

As Recruiting Specialist you would be responsible for running end-to-end recruiting operations such as developing search strategies, assessing the candidate, writing reports. You will need to collaborate with the recruiting team, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet the hiring targets. Also, it will be within your duties to closely monitor local market and drive employer branding initiatives to attract the best possible talents through social media, career websites and by collaboration with different universities.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you would need at least 2 years of professional experience in an international business environment, solid track record in employer branding activities and candidate relationship management as well as experience in a partnership model with hiring managers and internal stakeholder. You should have a strategic understanding and personal affinity for employer branding and analytical thinking skills to be able to identify trends. A good candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and act as a strong team player with a lot of enthusiasm. Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German would be an asset.
