Junior Accountant with German (Kraków)

Responsibilities:
Performing accounting tasks in one of the accounting team - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payment Team
AP team is responsible for: checking and validating all incoming documents and identifying the correct route for processing, performing pre-capture data entry activities, providing first level help desk support for all internal and external queries
AR team is responsible for: performing manual billing within SD and FI, creating credit notes and manual journals, matching incoming payments, dunning
GL team is
responsible for: preparation of general ledger account reconciliations, posting of manual business transactions, monitoring and checking sub-ledger business transactions in SAP, operating general batch input transactions, supporting the reconciliation of intercompany balances

Requirements:
Professional experience between 0 to 2 years with preference for office work environment
Good working knowledge in business English and German
Previous experience of working within accountancy will be a strong asset
Strong numeracy and administration skills
Excellent customer service approach
Strong IT skills is a must and knowledge of SAP will be an asset
