Working on this position you will be responsible for resolving everyday queries of Czech/Slovak speaking customers from all over the world. You will take ownership of 4 communication channels - phone, e-mail, on-line chat and social media, and ensure the customers receive highest level of support and dedication. The team is international and very diversified, and you will play a vital part in developing positive relations within it.

We are looking for candidates with fluent Czech or Slovak and good working knowledge of English ( it is necessary to communicate with your future managers and colleagues).
