Our client, a multinational company, is urgently seeking the Accounts Payable Team Leader to join its new Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.

Main responsibilities on that position will include:

- managing all Accounts Payable global balance sheet account reconciliations including the GRIR account to ensure all items are resolved in a timely manner in order to avoid negative financial consequences to the company

- the successful Candidate will also supervise, lead and coach a team in resolution and reviews of open payment portfolios, support cash management, provide data analytics and performance metrics, and participate in project management.

The ideal Candidate for this position has Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Degree (i.e. ACCA PQ or Q) and more than 4 years of related business experience connected with working in dynamic cross functional team environment. More than 1 year of experience in managing a team is also required. We are looking for a Candidate with the ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, excellent problem solving skills and good understanding of a full project lifecycle and familiarity with project budgeting processes.
