As a Data Business Intelligence Analyst you will gather and translate data into meaningful insights. Your role will not be only to provide us with numbers, but also to focus on our product and how we can improve. You will become an integral member of our data-driven and user-oriented team. On top of that, you will get a unique chance to observe how one of the most successful Polish startups operates and take part in developing it.
You will be responsible for:
Analysing trends in our data and providing insight and explanation
Engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and helping to translate this into actionable insights
The creation and maintenance of many of the reports throughout the company and as such will get to help drive decision making at all levels
Designing and analysing AB tests
What you will need:
2-3 years experience in any position that provides analysis, preferably in an online business
Analytical skills: drawing conclusions from data and proposing recommendations
Experience in Google Analytics or other online analytical tools
Very good SQL knowledge and good Excel skills
Experience of big data tools (Redshift, BigQuery, Hadoop)
Tableau experience would be a big bonus
Fluent English (in speaking and writing)
Experience in working closely with business
Highly passionate about data, with creative problem solving abilities and an eye for detail
You are a team player and love to think outside the box
Independent and rigorous working style
