For one of our Clients growing Shared Services Center in Warsaw we are seeking Candidates for the position of AP VENDOR QUERY SPECIALIST with GERMAN or ITALIAN.

Person on this position will be responsible for registering and handling queries from suppliers and internal counterparties regarding accounts payable, investigating reasons for lack of payments or approvals, ensuring that feedback is delivered in each case, daily reconciling suppliers statements and resolving issues, identifying possible improvements in the area of quality of invoices received from suppliers and handling other ad hoc request from AP Supervisor.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, familiar with Microsoft Office tools (particularly
MS Excel), who already gained their first experiences in vendor/customer process handling.
Fluency in German or Italian is mandatory, as well as
good English skills allowing communication in the workplace.
