Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Data Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Deploy, maintain and support networking technologies to provide business connectivity needs, with use of the equipment of vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Riverbed
Provide Tier2 and Tier 3 operational support including on-call and troubleshooting of network performance & capacity for deployed solutions
Establish expertise in several of the functional areas of network performance and application delivery solutions and services and develop a working knowledge of the remaining functional areas
Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of network technologies
Update standards documentation as necessary
Provide advanced application/network performance and network impact analysis
Participate in periodic vendor briefings to maintain a working knowledge of relevant industry and vendor directions

Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor"s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field
1- 2 years in networking technologies and operations including network performance and/or network application delivery experience
Very good knowledge of English
Experience in area of Routing (OSPF, BGP protocols) and Layer2/Layer3 Switching
Experience in area of Wireless. Quality of Service and WAN Acceleration.
Understanding of networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewall, proxy, web filters etc.)
Knowledge of networking protocols, terminology and standards
Knowledge of Voice/VoIP/IP Telephony and Security
Independent problem solving and debugging skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; understands/executes concepts of Project Management
