Customer Assistant with Czech or Slovak

For international company located in the center of Lodz we are urgently seeking Czech or Slovak advanced speakers to join Customer Service Department.

Main responsibilities:
providing professional customer support (by phone, e-mail, chat) related to car rental;
proactive sales of additional services (car insurance etc.);
putting data into computer system;
resolving customers queries and discrepancies on their accounts;

Wymagania:

fluentCzech or Slovak is a must;
very good English language skills (min. B2);
previous experience in customer service would be an advantage but is not a must;
very good interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
availability for shift work (working hours: Mon-Fri 8-24 and Sat-Sun 8-19);
