At the moment we are looking for:

Problem Manager

Wrocław

Tasks

Driving and facilitating problem management in complex cross ITS problems
Contributing to evolve and supporting the organization to deliver better services with higher quality
Driving guidelines and processing adherence across ITS, ensuring consistent ways of working across the functions
Assisting the line management in ITS in understanding the process and utilizing the problem processes in the most efficient way
Identifying improvement needs and supporting process and tool improvements and implementations
Driving and ensuring sharing of best practice in the ITS Problem Management community

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in Problem Management
Problem Management experience within an ITIL environment
Operational process improvement project experience
Experience in documenting project and process documentation
Creative and analytical mindset
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
Good project management skills
Good knowledge of English
Degree educated or equivalent
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Process-focused and proactive
Nice and open-minded

Additional advantages are:
ITIL Intermediate or higher certified in one or more Service Operation processes
Experience with ServiceNow
