Responsibilities: receive & answer questions relating to: compensation and benefits, entitlements, personal information data correction, performance assessment, probation review, HR Policies etc. dealing with requests for employment certificates, address proofs, confirmation letters, background verifications, etc. providing guidance and navigation support to managers and employees to find answers in self-service for matters requiring specific subject matter knowledge - involve HR specialists and ensure the assignment of the task is tracked to resolution
Requirements: willingness to develop in HR area, equivalent experience will be an asset strong customer service expertise advanced English and second language, one of the following: Dutch, French, German
