We Offer...
Supporting effectively and actively the distribution of discretionary mandates and wealth management funds of Global MACS (internal: primarily / external: secondarily) with a wide range of product marketing activities. This includes the production and maintenance of a broad range of multi-language / cross-country marketing material - planning, development, production (or updating), distribution of material (e.g. intranet). Marketing material/activities include brochures, presentations, term sheets, q&a, news, videos, client letters, events etc.
Activities:
Planning and executing of different production steps for marketing material production (e.g. development of prototypes, legal checks, translation, proofreading, layouting, production of various country versions)
Updating content and data in existing marketing materials (e.g. fund profiles, brochures, client presentations, intranet pages)
Coordination of marketing materials production for events and campaigns (e.g. invitations, beamer presentations, roll ups, gadgets)
Consulting business/stakeholders (e.g. product managers, portfolio managers) in the creation process of new marketing materials for new campaigns and product launches (structure, layout, visuals and color
Collaboration with broad range of stakeholders: internal business clients, production teams such as design or publishing services, LCD, CI/CD (corporate identity/corporate design), external layouters, print services etc.

You Offer...
Education in marketing and/or communications
Minimum on-the-job experience of 2-3 years (focus on marketing/communication in the financial industry)
Experience in marketing services (desired on an international level
Intercultural skills and experience
Affinity to layout/design and layouting skills are a clear advantage
Self-motivated and hands
