WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT:

a candidate with at least 3 years of professional experience in the area of Finance in SSC or BPO environment

a candidate with project management experience (related professional certificates are appreciated)

an experienced people manager demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills

a candidate with excellent business English

a fast learner with solid drive for results

a person willing to travel (travels might reach up to 75% of working time)

Further assets include having relevant accounting certifications (f.e. CIMA, ACCA) and experience with process transition.

As Migration Leader you will:

be the heart and soul that keeps the project moving forward

lead the execution of assigned projects in accordance with the defined program methodology

build and maintain strong business relations across the organization

manage cross-functional migration teams during various phases of the project

coordinate change management activities, plan and monitor project budgets and report project status

lead, monitor and ensure quality and completeness of deliverables

coordinate final review and approval of process documentation
