For our Client, leading innovative pharmaceutical company we are looking for an experienced Medical Director who will act as enabler between the Medical Affairs team, patients, healthcare professionals, local authorities and safety monitoring groups.

Medical affairs and clinical development management
Practical knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes
Key Opinion Leaders engagement
Team management
Medical governance and development of local procedures
New drug development and post-launch support
Ensuring compliance of change management methods and identifying opportunities to improve the processes and quality
Securing the synergy between patient health and commercial goals
Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
Minimum 7 years of experience in medical affairs, compliance & medical governance on a managerial level
Master degree in medical field or related, MBA would be an additional asset
High ethics in pharmaceutical business and high standards of excellence
Knowledge of principles of pharmacoeconomics
Strong leadership skills
Influence skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
High sense of urgency with an intellectual curiosity
Outstanding listening skills and ability to build relations with multiple stakeholders
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good command of English
