Your new companyOn behalf of our Client, the company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of P2P Team Leader with French.
Your new role
Holding the position of P2P Team Leader you will be responsible for managing, supervising and leading AP team to ensure staff performance, motivation and development, managing work allocation and the performance appraisal process for all AP employees, as well as maintaining a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education. He/she will also ensure timely processing of documents related to AP and will set daily, weekly and monthly targets for AP process. Team Leader will act as a liaison to Contract Manager to resolve outstanding issues and will manage relationships with key accounts, moreover will be responsible for maintaining internal relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have Universitys Degree (educational background in accounting or economics will be advantage). Significant supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) in various financial/accounting positions in international environment. You will also need high level of computer literacy in MS Office and knowledge of SAP AP module. Moreover, you should also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company together with strong customer driven focus. Fluency in English and French is required.
