For our client - a well-known company from logistics area we are looking for:
Customer Service with German

Location: Bydgoszcz
You will be responsible for:
Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
Ask questions to determine nature of problem
Walk co-workers through problem-solving process
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
Gain feedback from c-workers about computer usage


Requirements:
good language skills both written and spoken in German (B2, C1, C2)
communicative level of English
very good communication skills
solving problem skills
