Regulators in key jurisdictions require large financial institutions to prepare and sustain Recovery and Resolution Plans (RRP). Credit Suisses Global Recovery and Resolution Plan spans the entirety of Credit Suisse Group worldwide. It consists of two major parts: Recovery Plan outlining credible recovery actions that the Group could implement in the event of severe stress to restore its business and a Resolution Plan which is a guide used by the resolution authorities if recovery measures are not feasible or ineffective. Resolution Plan would enable authorities to resolve the Group without severe systemic disruption and without exposing taxpayers or bank creditors to losses.
The Resolution Plan covers all aspects of the CS business globally and offers the candidate an excellent opportunity to learn about the products and services within the organization. This role would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to understand Investment and Private Banking in detail and work with senior managers in these businesses globally. In addition this is an evolving and dynamic regulatory topic and therefore the candidate would become an SME in this sphere within the RRO team.
RRP Business Analyst, reporting to the Global Recovery and Resolution Office Head will have a responsibility for dedicated elements of the Global RRP, working with the Bank's senior management on the production of the RRP annual and out of cycle updates and managing RRP dependencies regionally and globally.
You will be required to own and manage the dedicated RRP plans and workstreams fully, and to manage all stakeholders effectively.
Key tasks include:
Update global RRP at least annually or more often according to the regulations in place, working in a global team
Work with dedicated Business and Shared Services Managers on their submission
Manage RRP interdependencies and understand and communicate RRP requirements to the Bank's key initiatives and strategy groups
Ensure that deadlines are met, ensuring highest quality of the regulatory submission globally
Report to the senior management on RRP status and updates

Solid academic background, with minimum university degree
Advance analytical skills
Experience in working with global teams
Evidence of excellent stakeholder management skills on senior management level
Proven project management experience in banking or finance industry - minimum 3 years
Personal characteristics: strong attention to detail, ability to take a high level view, good understanding of major bank's functions; excellent communication and presentation skills, solution driven
