EMEA T&E Analyst

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


Reconciling of employees accounts, bank payments

Preparing reports and processing accruals

Administration of travel expenses and the credit cards applications

Maintenance of employee master data

Performing travel expenses audits

Assist employees with queries and provide system support


Essential requirements:


Experience in working in multinational company preferred in T&E or AP department

Good command of English, other European language would be an asset

Accounting background

Knowledge of SAP

Working knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of Concur or other T&E application would be an advantage
