Job description:

The global tower Global Delivery Tooling Service (GDTS) develops, deploys new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service management solutions on behalf of ATOS Managed Services.
The GDTS Tower has establishing a central SQL database which is used to support the system that automates fulfillment of IT service requests. The core components of this system are developed internally to specifically meet the needs of backend automation technics used at one of the biggest customers of Atos

Job Requirements:

Fundamental knowledge of Windows server 2003/2008
Knowledge of Active Directory 2003/2008
Administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications and tools
Diagnosing, resolving and delivering root cause analysis for automatic alerts, issues and incidents
Identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group
Manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets
Good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP)
Ability to analyze system logs, events and monitoring alerts
Basic knowledge of windows scripting (VBScript, Powershell)
Knowledge of MS SQL 205/2008 is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center products (SCOM, SCCM) is strong advantage
