Accounts Payable Accountant with German

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Payable Accountant with German to join a successful and leading company from pharmaceutical industry in the Krakow area.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for daily vendor accounting , daily processing of Accounting mailbox: mail and vendor statements, invoice processing in SAP xFlow including VAT codes on all invoices, payment processing of vendor invoices and responsible for changes in master data on vendors. Your daily routine will also include balancing vendor module (AP) to the General Ledger (GL) in SAP, maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. (Balancing vendors quarterly and vendors with debit balance monthly), daily processing of vendor reminders, daily Post processing incl. Accounting e-mail box, full Month End process regarding vendor flow in SAP. What is more, holding this position you will be responsible for changes in release strategy in SAP/xFlow, various month end tasks regarding vendors, other month end tasks.

The successful Candidate has fluent English and German language skills as well as one year experience in accountancy area gained preferably in SSC/BPO company. Knowledge of accounts payable is required. SAP and Excel knowledge is a must. We are looking for Candidate with strong interpersonal skills and stress resistance. The right Candidate must also have good decision making, analytical and problem solving skills.
