QA Engineer (ASP.NET apps)

Opis stanowiska:

Acting as quality assurance representative with internal department on new product developments product failures, establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
Leading the automation testing efforts in highly complex, multi-platform ASP.NET MVC web application
Planning, building and deploying automation tests, generating reports and providing test environment, communicating readiness for each release
Creating and monitoring test cases in TFS which map to user stories and business use cases and providing an overall test strategy that describes how the test approach will increase regression test coverage
Working closely with application developers and client business team to define automation solutions for web application
Recreating identified defects to assist in the resolution process
Managing the iteration testing effort and raising relevant concerns due to build stability, gaps in requirements or application performance
Providing a quality assessment based upon the testing progress and proactively communicating risks and dependencies which may impact the project delivery
Providing suggestions to enhance our internal processes and practices to improve our operating efficiency and quality
Working on Acceptance Criteria for User Stories defined with the business team

Wymagania:

Master's in technical discipline, or equivalent experience
4+ Years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, & Quality Assurance
2+ Test Automation experience in Selenium
Proficient in QA methodologies and bug reporting
Experience with web testing and cross browser testing
Basic knowledge of SQL
Highly committed and responsible attitude
Ability to manage high pressure situations
Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness
