This globally recognised company located in Bielsko-Biała is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Its Accounts Receivable team is expanding and they have a job vacancy for a new German speaking accountant.

Your new role

Your main responsibility will be billing invoices and credit/ debit notes and booking on time as well as controlling all documents posted by billing team (formal and tax) and verification of documents in VAT register. You will be responsible for resolving disputes on invoices. You will also manage the deduction process and participate in month end activities.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience on a similar position or at least basic knowledge in the accounting area will lead to your success. You possess good knowledge of Excel and speak good (min. B2) English, German and Polish. Youre a communicative quick learner and a team player who is able to work under pressure of time, motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic.
