Solution Architect

Job Description:

Main responsibilities

We are looking for Solution Architects who would join BTN GBU Team, focusing on solutions / bids in Application, Workplace or Network services area.
Solution Architect is responsible for delivering the end to end solution design including costing and ensures the IT Architecture solution addresses the business requirements of the customers in the most cost-effective and innovative manner. The Solution Architect validates the solution and its deliverability with the Atos organization (and 3rd parties where appropriate).
Main responsibilities:
Solution Technical design preparation
Solution Costs model preparation
Cost estimation and ensuring all necessary approvals
Assist with the development of a solutions strategy to meet customer"s requirement and which is also in line with business requirements
Alignment of design with Atos portfolio
Maintain relationships with relevant external suppliers and customer
Implementation and improvement of solution standards

Job Requirements

Master's, Bachelor"s degree in area of IT technologies
More than 5 years technical experience;
Good presentation skills and communication skills in English verbally and in writing;
Specific knowledge of one of the following areas:
- Application (Relational DBs, SAP, Middleware)
- Workplace (Citrix, VMWare, Office Suite, Exchange/ Outlook, App Packaging, Helpdesk, OSS)
- Network services (knowledge of main network protocols, network services, security solutions)
- Cloud Solutions
Experience in high level designing of various IT solutions
Keen understanding of market/competitive conditions from a technology perspective
Hands-on experience with the technology (preferably up to date)
Preferably already certified in TOGAF, PRINCE2 or CISSP
Flexible attitude and ability to engage in multiple deals at the same time.
