At the moment we are looking for:

Senior PMO Specialist

Wrocław

Tasks

Scheduling and facilitating regular design forums
Attending design forums and other ad-hoc meetings to take minutes and action items
Supporting related follow up meetings by helping to prepare presenter material/handouts, taking structured minutes and actioning items
Monitoring the following up status and chasing owners to resolve their actions
Providing PMO support for the various ad-hoc tasks and activities undertaken by the RFIT Architecture Team
Assisting with the production of architecture & project MI including KPI reports as required
Maintaining and distributing key artefacts used to govern, track and communicate progress on the RFIT project portfolio
Proactively engaging with the PMs, architects and key stakeholders to ensure execution of the architecture operating model and adherence to the design governance process
Support implementation of process improvement initiatives
Assisting with the producing of regular communications for the architecture group to inform them on progress and accomplishments
Maintaining and updating key team information

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination
Proficient knowledge of MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Excellent analytical skills, with experience analyzing and manipulating data, identifying data gaps, investigating data gaps and resolving anomalies
Experience in working in virtual teams, working remotely or for a remote manager
Fluent English skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT or business preferred
Additional advantage is:
