Our Client is a one of the leader within their sector. In order to strengthen regional structures, we are looking for high potential and ambitious candidates to take-up position of Regional Tax Manager.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
Responsibility for overall Tax compliance for all legal entities of the Group in several countries (EU) a timely and effective manner
The manager is in charge of preparing the returns and ensuring they comply with all laws and regulations
Compliance covers any kind of taxes due in those countries except payroll taxes, such as income tax, VAT, WHT on payment overseas
Constant control of tax compliance and over all the changes in the Tax legislation
Identifying, analyzing and implementing the best compliance solutions for the Group i.e. Establish and/or maintain robust compliance procedures
Pro-active coordination and participation in tax audits and tax litigations in liaison with Group Tax Director
Optimization of foreign tax credits, tax credits, input VAT deduction
Responsibility for Transfer pricing documentation
Leading Transition, Harmonization and Compliance projects

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
The ideal candidate(s) will have a university degree in Economics (having specialized in tax) and ideally a minimum of 8-10 years post qualification experience in taxation within a multinational companies (Big 4 background will be a strong asset)
You will be fluent in English, both verbally and written. A results driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills will be ideal for this role. An aptitude for teamwork, as well as strong organizational and analytical skills are essential. You will be eager to learn and demonstrate strong business acumen and managing approach.
