For our client - a well-known company from logistics area we are looking for:
Tourism Agent with German

Location: Kraków
You will be responsible for:
Helping customers to arrange their travels and expectations in terms of arranging their travels
Provide active support to customers before and after booking within Ebookers website
Explaining travel procedures to the customers
Advising travel related products and services (hotel, cars, flight tickets)
Delivering the highest quality customer service
Keeping up to date with product developments and changes of travel policies
Working with colleagues to ensure Clients expectations are met



Requirements:
fluent language skills both written and spoken in German (C1, C2)
communicative level of English
very good communication skills
solving problem skills


Work conditions:
employment agreement (first contract for 6 months, after this indefinite time contract)
