Wymagania:
Excellent written and spoken German and English is a must Experience in work with clients will be an asset Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and basic use of voicemail and electronic mail systems Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly Very good communication skills and superior listening skills High motivation
