We Offer...
A Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager role within Operations Utilities in Wroclaw
Support Production Heads to implement their strategic programs, improve key processes, define scope and deliverables for projects and process developments
Support managing Business Applications end-to-end, act as point of contact (a) on the business side for application related enquiries and IT change requests and (b) for the responsible IT regarding business enquiries
Manage change requests (coordinate requirements and demand with IT) ensuring their strategic and application blueprint alignment
Be responsible for the entire project management: ensure execution is in time, scope and budget are respected, communicate within the project and to internal and external stakeholders, implement change, and facilitate team members in business and IT
Manage risks and issues actively and define and implement mitigation actions
Collaboration in central securities rule engine project (eg delivering the implementation of regulatory securities investment rules in CS international locations globally and Investment Banking
Position embedded in a process development and application ownership team with highly dedicated, experienced and qualified individuals
You Offer...
Education or degree in business, economics, banking, mathematics, IT, or the sciences
Minimum of 3 years of Private Banking and/or Operations experience, ideally a combination of front and / or operational roles and process / project management roles and / or management consulting
Ability to communicate, negotiate and network effectively on all organizational levels as well as within a multi-cultural environment
Good planning, analytical and conceptual skills and decision making abilities
Proficient IT-understanding or proven track record of collaboration with IT
Experience in dealing with global and remote teams
Self-motivated personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo
Very good knowledge of English
T24/Globus system know-how would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
