Visual Designer

Requirements:
1-2 year experience in marketing and advertising assets creation
Clear understanding of the selling creative concept
Passion for goal-oriented visual communication with a portfolio that showcases this type of work, across media
Flexibility when working through design revisions, from initial brainstorming to execution and refinement
Ability to quickly experiment and iterate on different marketing concepts
Fluent in industry tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML
Level of English Knowledge should be not less than Upper Intermediate
Self-motivated, driven; ability to work independently
Excellent communications skills

Responsibilities:
Create engaging and effective marketing campaign assets including dynamic and static banners, landing pages, emails, in-app messages, visual components for App Store and Google Play applications pages
Drive the design process from ideation through development ensuring final deliverables meet expectations
Work with functional marketing team to define design requirements and develop creative briefs
