Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Category Manager with French
Location: Łódź
Region: łódzkie

Key responsibilities:
Category Profiling, Sourcing Strategy Formulation
Engaging with client stakeholders for opportunity identification, strategy formulation and maintaining relationships
Perform Supplier Research, Market Research and commodity research to prepare for sourcing projects.
Devise sourcing plans, prepare RFX, execute Sourcing projects, perform negotiations, drive contract terms discussions with suppliers, contract signature and management, close cooperation with internal stakeholders
Develop and documenting standard templates to be used for ongoing sourcing activities
Requirements:
Graduate with 4+ experience in Sourcing & Procurement services
Graduate degree with Engineering, Business or MBA (preferred)
Proficiency in English and French
Hands on experience in handling Sourcing projects for Indirect Categories like Facilities, Utilities, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, T&E etc.
Experience in Category/Sub category profiling, market research & market analysis, category planning, spend analysis, savings estimation, benchmarking, business case creation
Rich experience in Sourcing strategy, sourcing wave planning, sourcing execution, market research, supplier qualification, negotiations and contract closure
Knowledge of supplier market in the European region for indirect purchasing categories as mentioned above, would be an advantage
Exposure to E-procurement Tools like Ketera, Ariba, Click Commerce or similar
Experienced in usage of Porters 5 forces, SWOT analysis.
Supplier Identification, Qualification, Assessment
Design, develop and manage Rfx's
Techno commercial evaluation
Skilled negotiator develop strategy, identify levers, lead or be part of negotiating team
Awareness of contractual terms and conditions and clauses
Strong business communication skills
Strong customer focus
Strong digital skills
